1. When will I receive my order?

For physical items (like journals, mugs, and T-shirts), orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, then shipped:
- USA: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days

For downloadable books, your file will be available for download immediately after purchase, or you’ll receive a download link via email.

2. How do I access my downloadable book?

Once you complete your purchase:
- You’ll be redirected to a page with a download button
- You’ll also receive a confirmation email with the file download link

If you don't see the email within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder.

3. What file format are your downloadable books?

Most downloadable books are available in PDF format, which can be read on:
- Any computer or tablet
- Smartphones with PDF readers
- Most e-readers (like Kindle, Kobo) that support PDF

Let us know if you need another format (ePub, MOBI) and we’ll try to help.

4. Can I return a downloadable product?

Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital book sales are final.
However, if you have trouble accessing your download or the file is corrupted, contact us and we’ll resend or replace it.

5. What if I didn’t receive my download link?

Please:
- Check your email spam or promotions folder
- Confirm that your payment went through
- Contact us at info@davidqueenbooks.com with your order number, and we’ll resend your link

6. Can I share my downloaded book with others?

No. Downloads are for personal use only. Sharing or distributing your copy is not permitted. We appreciate your support in protecting the work of our authors and artists.

7. Who makes and ships the physical products?

All physical products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful. They handle printing, packing, and shipping for a consistent, high-quality experience.

8. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item is damaged, misprinted, or defective, email us within 7 days of receiving it. Include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the product
- A description of the issue

We’ll work with Printful to provide a free replacement or refund.

9. Can I return or exchange physical items?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or color choices.
Only damaged or defective items are eligible for replacement. See our Return & Exchange Policy for more.
