Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note: Orders may be delayed during holidays or high demand periods. We appreciate your patience and support.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by destination and product type.

Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing for international orders.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:
- The United States
- Canada
- Select international countries (as supported by our production partner Printful)

If your country isn't listed at checkout, please contact us and we’ll try to assist.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at [your email address] within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with Printful to make it right.

Return & Exchange Policy

At David L. Queen Books, each item is made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

We’ll work with Printful to resolve the problem and send you a free replacement or issue a refund.

No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse

Because our items are custom-made for each order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size or color choice
- Change of mind
- Orders placed in error

Please double-check your order details, including sizing and shipping information, before placing your order.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local postal service first. If you still can’t locate your package, contact us so we can assist with a resolution through Printful.

Refunds (if applicable)

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
